One-Shot Adventure Builder

Pick a genre, session length and style, and get a complete single-session adventure: a GM briefing, an opening scene, three to six scenes with minute budgets, NPCs, challenges, clues, a finale and a cheat sheet. Each scene is marked essential or optional, with a way to shorten or skip it and a running-late path. Regenerate one scene or NPC without changing the rest. Works without login.

One-Shot Adventure Builder FAQ

What do I get from the One-Shot Adventure Builder?

A GM briefing, an opening scene with a first decision, three to six scenes with times, NPCs with motivations and roleplay cues, challenges with fail-forward outcomes, clues, at least two endings and a one-page GM cheat sheet. It is meant to be run, not just read.

Will it fit my session length?

Scene times plus a buffer add up to the session length you pick (2, 3, 4 or 6 hours). Optional scenes can be cut, and a running-late path lists what to drop first. Times are planning guidance, not a promise about how your table will pace.

Does it include stat blocks or rules for my system?

No. It is system-neutral and never invents stat blocks, difficulty numbers or rules text. If you pick a system, it reminds you to supply the mechanics yourself.

Can I change one scene without losing the rest?

Yes. Regenerate a single scene or NPC. The core truth, clues, times, scene links and NPC names stay put, and you are warned if a change could cause a contradiction.
